We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing cybersecurity organization. This role will play a crucial part in optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, and ensuring smooth internal sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
About the Job /Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with customer account management, ensuring seamless sales operations.
Provide administrative and operational support to sales representatives.
Facilitate the execution of sales contracts, procurement documentation, and legal agreements.
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide insights into sales performance.
Develop and optimize CRM workflows to enhance sales efficiency.
Identify and implement improvements to sales processes to increase efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and legal, to streamline sales operations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures in sales transactions
Required qualifications:
Up to 3 years in a similar role, ideally within a cybersecurity company
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales reporting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
